  We want you to be completely satisfied with your Furvion purchase.            

                                                                    

  **Damaged or Faulty Items**                                                   

  Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund

   for items that arrive damaged, are defective, or are not as described. Send 

  us a photo at support@shopfurvion.com and we'll sort it immediately — no need

  to return the item.                                                          

                                                                                

  **Change of Mind**                                              

  Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in

   original packaging. We'll issue a refund minus return shipping once the item

  is received back.                                                             

                   

  **Refund Processing**                                                         

  Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original
